what kind of chile peppers can i use that would be similar to dried cayenne peppers? (the actual pepper)?

I just need to do a recipe and i bought california chile peppers, new mexico chile peppers, and chile arbol chile peppers, but i really don’t know if those are good replacements for cayenne peppers – are they???
